Account Relationship Manager

We are seeking an experienced Customer Relations Professional to join our team at Byrne. As a key member of our sales department, you will play a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with assigned customers, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Provide expert product knowledge and support to customers, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues promptly.
- Collaborate with internal teams to meet sales targets and drive business growth.
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need a Bachelor's degree in a related field and minimum 4-7 years of experience in customer service. Strong communication skills, including writing and verbal communication, are essential. Proficiency in MS Excel and Word, as well as familiarity with ERP and CRM systems, is a plus. Estimated salary $65,000 - $85,000 per year depending on location.
