Strategic Personal Lines Account Manager

We are seeking an experienced Strategic Personal Lines Account Manager to join our team at GPAC. This exciting opportunity will challenge you to deliver exceptional results in a dynamic and rapidly evolving industry.
Job Description:This role involves managing a portfolio of personal lines insurance accounts, providing tailored solutions to clients' unique needs. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for reviewing and assessing client insurance requirements, recommending coverage options, and preparing quotes that meet their expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Account Management: Foster strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their evolving needs and preferences.
- Insurance Needs Assessment: Conduct thorough analyses of clients' current insurance coverage, identifying opportunities to enhance or modify policies to better suit their situations.
- Quote Preparation: Develop and present personalized quote packages that cater to clients' specific needs, ensuring seamless communication throughout the process.
- Claims Resolution: Collaborate with clients to efficiently resolve claims, addressing any concerns or issues that may arise.
- Industry Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on industry trends, insurance products, and emerging technologies to provide informed advice and recommendations.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in personal lines insurance, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional results.
- Hold a valid state insurance license (Property & Casualty).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues alike.
- Demonstrate strong attention to detail, organizational abilities, and time management skills to effectively prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
- Possess a customer-centric mindset, with a passion for helping others and exceeding their expectations.
- Showcase your ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
- Familiarity with insurance software and CRM systems.
- Willingness to pursue professional designations (e.g., CISR, CIC) to enhance your skills and knowledge.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in personal lines insurance, excellent communication skills, and a customer-focused approach. In exchange for your dedication and hard work, we offer a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $85,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.
