Job Description:

This role involves managing a portfolio of personal lines insurance accounts, providing tailored solutions to clients' unique needs. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for reviewing and assessing client insurance requirements, recommending coverage options, and preparing quotes that meet their expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Account Management: Foster strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their evolving needs and preferences.
  • Insurance Needs Assessment: Conduct thorough analyses of clients' current insurance coverage, identifying opportunities to enhance or modify policies to better suit their situations.
  • Quote Preparation: Develop and present personalized quote packages that cater to clients' specific needs, ensuring seamless communication throughout the process.
  • Claims Resolution: Collaborate with clients to efficiently resolve claims, addressing any concerns or issues that may arise.
  • Industry Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on industry trends, insurance products, and emerging technologies to provide informed advice and recommendations.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in personal lines insurance, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional results.
  • Hold a valid state insurance license (Property & Casualty).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues alike.
  • Demonstrate strong attention to detail, organizational abilities, and time management skills to effectively prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
  • Possess a customer-centric mindset, with a passion for helping others and exceeding their expectations.
  • Showcase your ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with insurance software and CRM systems.
  • Willingness to pursue professional designations (e.g., CISR, CIC) to enhance your skills and knowledge.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in personal lines insurance, excellent communication skills, and a customer-focused approach. In exchange for your dedication and hard work, we offer a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $85,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.
