This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity for a Registered Nurse- Hos Outreach to join our team at Northern Light Health. As a member of our hospice outreach team, you will be responsible for delivering patient care to assigned patients and working closely with other healthcare professionals.
About the Role:
- Deliver patient care to assigned patients
- Work closely with other healthcare professionals
- Plan and evaluate nursing care for patients and families
- Exercise independent judgment in implementing care
- Address physical, spiritual, emotional, and educational needs of patients
Requirements:
- 2+ years of relative work experience required
- Bachelors' Degree preferred
- Valid driver's license with reliable transportation and agency required auto liability insurance
- BLS for Healthcare Providers certification
Salary Range: $65,000 - $85,000 per year, based on location and experience. Estimated salary for this role is approximately $72,500.
