Job Title: Maintenance Technician I

Commercial and Residential Management Group (CRMG) is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician I to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for performing daily upkeep and cleanliness of our properties, including landscaping, amenities, parking lots, and trash areas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with essential maintenance duties, including repairs, carpentry, electrical, painting, landscaping, and plumbing tasks under the guidance of experienced maintenance technicians.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as cleaning, inspecting, and repairing equipment and facilities.
  • Operate a variety of equipment, including pressure washers, vacuum cleaners, and other janitorial equipment.
  • Work independently or as part of a team to complete tasks and projects.
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues and management to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements:

  • One year of experience in maintenance or a related field, preferably in property management.
  • Basic knowledge of landscaping, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, appliance repair, painting, drywall installation and repairs, and installation and repair of flooring.
  • Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
  • Ability to read, write, and understand written and verbal communications and directions.
