Job Overview

This role requires an experienced graphic designer with a keen interest in the beauty landscape to join our marketing team. As a creative branding expert, you will work cross-functionally to execute creative briefs, producing high-quality assets for social media, digital platforms, and print collateral. You will ensure all deliverables align with our standards of creativity, consistency, and quality.

You will report to the Creative Lead at True Botanicals, collaborating closely with the creative, brand, and digital teams to bring the True Botanicals design vision to life. This position is based in the Bay Area but can be offered as a remote position.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conceptualize and design digital marketing materials: paid advertising / organic social media assets, printed brand and retail collateral
  • Work closely with team members to create consistent brand materials across marketing channels and website content
  • Research and develop concepts across multiple projects, creating bodies of work for internal and external approvals and creative discussion
  • Bring a high level of creativity, attention to detail, and efficiency while working under tight deadlines and on multiple projects simultaneously
Requirements
  • 3-4 years experience in graphic design, digital marketing, and/or web design with exceptional conceptual, typographic, and design skills
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Ideal experience within the luxury and/or beauty/skincare sector
  • Well-informed and aware of current beauty trends, bringing fresh ideas
  • Agency/in-house agency experience a plus
  • Extremely organized with timely delivery and excellent communication skills
  • Proactive in identifying issues and proposing innovative solutions
  • Self-motivated and highly organized, consistently delivering against agreed deadlines
  • Strong ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment, with strong attention to detail and perfectionist attitude
  • An extensive knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite software, including Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator
  • Must submit a link or attachment including relevant design work and/or a portfolio

We offer a competitive salary of $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits.
