Key Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with personal care tasks including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting.
- Manage medication schedules and monitor consumption.
- Offer companionship, emotional encouragement, and participate in engaging activities with clients.
- Prepare healthy meals, oversee fluid intake, and assist with feeding when necessary.
- Conduct light housekeeping duties, laundry, and ensure a tidy living space.
- Monitor and report any changes in the client's health status, maintain accurate records, and communicate effectively with healthcare providers.
- Ensure the client's safety and comfort during transportation.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Preferred: Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or similar caregiving certification.
- First Aid and CPR certification required.
- Must be able to pass background checks and screenings.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
- Must possess a compassionate, patient, and empathetic attitude.
