About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Construction Estimator to join our team. As a key member of our commercial projects division, you will be responsible for preparing and estimating budget costs for construction by studying plans and specifications.

Your expertise will be invaluable in evaluating offers to purchase by site requirements, additions, and costing changes, as well as resolving cost differences by analyzing and collecting information.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Phase management and communication with site leads and supervisory staff
  • Knowledge of City requirements per project
  • Preparation of budgets, reports, and project plans
  • Evaluation of offers to purchase
  • Resolution of cost differences
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in mathematics, architecture, or a similar field
  • Certificate in general construction, roofing, electrician etc
  • Valid driver's license
  • Excellent verbal and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in reading schematics and work plans
What We Offer

In return for your expertise and dedication, we offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package including dental insurance, health insurance, vision insurance, and paid time off.

Our schedule is Monday to Friday, 8-hour shift, with overtime possible. A minimum of 5 years of experience in the field is required, and a driver's license is mandatory.
