Baker Concrete Construction, Inc. is seeking a skilled concrete specialist to join their team in Norfolk, VA.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Construct, erect, strip, and/or repair structures made of steel, wood, plywood using carpenter's hand and power tools as per construction documents
  • Install footing forms, build and install wall and column forms, structural deck forms, and slab-on-grade forms
  • Prepare and set tilt-up/precast forms and work with building layout
  • Maintain a safe work environment and participate in training/certifications

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma and a minimum of 2 years of related experience and/or training
  • Able to attain a TWIC card (paid for by Baker)

The ideal candidate will possess excellent skills in concrete construction and be able to deliver high-quality results.

Estimated Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
