Internal Communications Manager

This is an exciting opportunity for an Internal Communications Manager to join our team at Rolls-Royce. As a key member of our corporate affairs team, you will play a critical role in supporting the delivery of our Defense strategy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a compelling internal communications strategy that engages and unites employees behind the Defense strategy.
  • Lead and manage the globally dispersed Defense Internal communications team.
  • Work with senior leadership to define, develop, and deliver a narrative for the business to engage and unite employees.
  • Lead communication strategies for global, regional, and site change programs.
  • Provide communications coaching, expertise, and guidance to the Extended Defense Leadership team.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree with 5+ years of work experience or Master's Degree with 3+ years' work experience.
  • High level of business and financial acumen.
  • Proven expertise in stakeholder management and the ability to influence, coach, and challenge leaders and employees.
  • Strong project management skills and ability to execute programs aligned to business objectives.
Preferred Requirements:
  • Previous experience in Aerospace and/or Defense.
