Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Ascension Cancer Care Center in Romeoville, IL. As a Registered Nurse, you will provide direct nursing care to patients in accordance with established policies, procedures, and protocols of the healthcare organization.
Responsibilities
Provide direct nursing care to patients in accordance with established policies, procedures, and protocols of the healthcare organization.
Implement and monitor patient care plans to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients.
Monitor, record, and communicate patient condition as appropriate to ensure seamless care coordination.
Serve as a primary coordinator of all disciplines for well-coordinated patient care.
Note and carry out physician and nursing orders to ensure timely and effective care delivery.
Requirements
Licensure / Certification / Registration: BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
Registered Nurse credentialed from the Illinois Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
Education: Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time of hire.
