Responsibilities and Requirements
  • Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care to pediatric patients with complex cardiac conditions.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care and achieve desired outcomes.
  • Contribute to ongoing quality improvement initiatives, identifying areas for enhancement and implementing evidence-based solutions.
  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in Connecticut; 1 year acute RN experience; pediatric experience preferred.

Compensation and Benefits
  • A salary range of $95,000 - $125,000 per year, based on experience.
