Pediatric Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner to join our team in the Children's Emergency Department. As a member of our interdisciplinary team, you will provide high-quality patient care, educate patients and families, and contribute to a positive work environment.
About the Role:- Provide primary and specialty care to pediatric patients in the emergency department
- Develop and implement individualized plans of care based on patient needs and preferences
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless transitions of care
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and experiences
- Master's degree in Nursing or related field
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in Connecticut
- Experience working with pediatric populations, preferably in an emergency department setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
