Job Summary:
The Digital Onboarding Specialist will play a crucial role in ensuring a seamless and efficient onboarding process for our customers. This position will work closely with the Sales Department and Product Support teams to provide a coordinated approach to deploying and driving adoption of digital products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Liaise between Product Support and Sales Department to facilitate customer onboarding after machine delivery.
- Responsible for onboarding customers on all our digital platforms, including PCC, MCC, The New Vision Link, and Cat Inspect.
- Obtain customer consent for Cat Digital Policy.
- Collect customer digital platform end-user information to create CWS, UCID, and DCN for proper machine subscription.
- Ensure completion of last three steps within 10 days of machine delivery.
- Perform customer follow-up to ensure engagement with digital products.
- Prepare monthly reports to monitor customer onboarding success.
- Provide support to the Manager on our Digital Excellence Program.
- Administer Dealer maintenance Tool (DMT).
- Offer Altorfer TIER II support (In App & Local) for Cat Customer Care.
- Establish professional customer relationships with appropriate customer personnel.
Requirements:
This role requires strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital products and services, as well as experience in customer-facing roles.
