Role OverviewThe Client Relations Specialist is an entry-level position that supports TSI's clientele and Sales teams by delivering product and service information, processing sales orders, documenting customer interactions, resolving issues, and generating quotes.
This role involves collaboration with assigned regional markets, fostering strong partnerships with internal Sales teams.
Key ResponsibilitiesTo thrive and advance your career at TSI, you will be responsible for:
- Delivering exceptional customer service in response to moderate to high volumes of incoming calls from external clients and TSI Field Sales representatives.
- Utilizing various systems and resources to provide accurate information regarding pricing, order status, terms and conditions, service processes, and product specifications.
- Responding to customer inquiries by generating sales leads and creating quotes as necessary.
- Establishing and maintaining customer master data.
- Documenting customer interactions and providing follow-up to ensure resolution when needed.
- Supporting assigned Regional Sales Managers and Direct Sales Specialists as the primary contact for quote generation, order resolution, product estimations, and general troubleshooting.
- Reviewing and correcting customer orders prior to entry into SAP.
- Adhering to internal policies and best practices to ensure accurate and complete information is provided using appropriate methods and tools.
- Driving individual and team performance goals and objectives.
- Identifying opportunities for process improvements that enhance customer experience and organizational efficiency.
Other duties may be assigned as needed.
QualificationsRequired:
- High School Diploma or GED with 3+ years of experience in Customer Support, Inside Sales, or a related field.
- 2-year degree (technical or Associates) preferred with 1+ years of experience in Customer Support, Inside Sales, or a related field.
Knowledge and Skills:
- Strong customer service orientation with active listening skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Capability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- High integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction.
- Motivated team player with a collaborative spirit.
- Inquisitive problem solver with a solid technical aptitude.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and best practices.
- General understanding of manufacturing and service delivery processes.
- Exposure to business-to-business sales.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
