Job Description:

The Student Services Coordinator will guide youth ages 10-24 and families through Goodwill's Trauma-Informed Behavioral Health Program (Revive). They will assist with scheduling screenings, assessments, intakes, and therapeutic appointments for Trauma-Informed Behavioral Health support. The coordinator will also work with families, schools, and community agencies to document and advocate for youth needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with scheduling and coordinating Trauma-Informed Behavioral Health support services
  • Work with families, schools, and community agencies to advocate for youth needs
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge on available mental health services in the community
  • Coordinate and facilitate programs to provide support to program participants
  • Promote programs through community outreach and collaboration with program partners
  • Collect data and feedback from program participants to comply with program reporting requirements
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for program participants, families, partners, volunteers, and other stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Minimum of four years experience and/or education in psychology, social work, community healthcare, behavioral health, education, or similar settings
  • Experience with high-risk youth and adolescents, trauma-informed care, and/or community-based mental health programs preferred
  • Excellent skills in trauma-informed practice, therapeutic interventions, time management, organization, communication, and teamwork

Benefits:

This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, benefits include paid time off, health insurance, and retirement savings options.
