Autism Support Specialist

At LEARN Behavioral, we are dedicated to providing exceptional care and support for children with autism and special needs. Our team is seeking a compassionate and skilled Autism Support Specialist to join our ranks.
About the RoleThis rewarding position involves working one-on-one with children aged 2-22 with autism and special needs in their homes, schools, or at our centers. As an Autism Support Specialist, you will have the opportunity to gain valuable training and skills in applied behavior analysis (ABA) therapy, enabling you to make a lasting, positive impact on the lives of these remarkable individuals.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver ABA therapy services to clients in a variety of settings, including homes, schools, and centers
- Collaborate with our experienced team of professionals to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Conduct thorough assessments to identify client strengths and areas for improvement
- Provide support and guidance to families, empowering them to play an active role in their child's treatment
To be considered for this challenging and rewarding role, you must possess:
- A High School Diploma/GED
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license (personal vehicle preferred)
- Availability to work part-time M-F, between 8:00a-7:30p (primary need: 8:00am-3:30pm)
- The ability to pass a background check
