Key Responsibilities
  • Guest Services: Greet and register guests in a prompt and courteous manner, using up-selling techniques to maximize room rates.

  • Front Desk Operations: Handle confidential information, including guest records, with a high degree of integrity.
  • Communication: Answer and route calls as appropriate, take guest messages with accuracy, and respond to guest requests or complaints in a friendly manner.
  • Sales and Marketing: Assist with sales and marketing efforts as directed by the General Manager, promoting hotel services, facilities, and outlets.
  • Administrative Tasks: Complete daily paperwork, including cashing out, documenting adjustments, and balancing cash bags.
