At Consumers Credit Union, we're committed to providing our members with exceptional service and support. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for our members, answering their questions and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Assist members with questions and concerns about credit union products and services
  • Provide prompt, positive, and informative service to our members
  • Meet or exceed individual service and productivity goals by delivering a great customer experience
  • Communicate with other CCU departments to solve member inquiries and issues quickly and effectively
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1+ year of work experience in customer service, retail, call center, hospitality, sales, banking/financial, or related field
  • High proficiency and comfort level with computer systems and software applications
  • Professional verbal and written communication skills
  • Bi-lingual Spanish preferred
