Clinical Services Program Manager

The Clinical Services Program Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Clinical Services department and ensuring all clinical functions are executed effectively. This role involves coordinating various therapeutic services, managing case referrals, and handling administrative responsibilities associated with clinical operations. The Manager will lead a team of clinicians, employing a strength-based approach that incorporates trauma-informed care, emphasizing Harm Reduction and Restorative Practices in their work with youth and providing clinical guidance to staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide programmatic and clinical supervision to a team of clinicians.
- Represent the organization at external meetings, fostering relationships and collaborative programs with other agencies involved in behavioral health services.
- Offer clinical consultation and professional development to staff on behavioral health issues and best practices for Transitional Age Youth (TAY).
- Monitor and approve clinician documentation, conduct file audits, and perform general administrative tasks.
- Encourage collaboration and cross-training among program teams within the organization.
- Assist youth and staff in connecting with community resources as necessary.
- Participate in the On-Call Clinical Consultation rotation.
- Facilitate Mental Health First Aid training sessions.
- Support special projects and additional assignments as directed by leadership.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
Qualifications:
- Master's Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Social Welfare, or a closely related field.
- Experience with harm reduction strategies and motivational interviewing is essential.
- Preferred experience in crisis intervention and de-escalation techniques.
