Job Summary:

Clinical Management Consultants is seeking an experienced Acute Care Services Nurse Educator to join our team. As a key member of our clinical development team, you will be responsible for overseeing nursing education and development within our healthcare system.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement nursing education programs for medical surgical, telemetry, and critical care ICU units.
  • Provide educational opportunities that benefit nurses at all stages of their career development, including staff professional development and clinical training.
  • Respond to changes in nursing practice and nursing theory, and develop programs to support these changes.

Requirements:

  • Current California RN license.
  • Relevant Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in a related field.
  • Minimum one (1) year of experience in staff professional development and/or clinical training/teaching.
