We are seeking a skilled Process Instrumentation and Control Specialist to join our team at Lilly. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our advanced manufacturing facility. Your expertise in process instrumentation and control will be crucial in maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities
• Servicing, troubleshooting, and maintaining instrumentation in LP2, including systems such as high purity water, compressed air, steam, chilled water, glycol, and city water.
• Engaging in site calibration programs and ensuring accurate and reliable measurements.
• Displaying excellent documentation practices and maintaining accurate records of maintenance activities.
• Installing and maintaining new and used equipment, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
Requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent, with a preference for an associate degree in electronics or a related field.
• Minimum of two years of maintenance experience, with a focus on process instrumentation and control.
• Strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems, including 480V electric and instrumentation.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on safety and quality.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
