Job Overview

As a Project Sales Specialist at FBI Buildings Inc, you will be responsible for developing prospects in a specified territory through personal contacts, direct mail programs, referrals, and other marketing efforts. Your goal will be to respond to interested building customers by determining their needs and matching those needs with our capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and recommend sales forecasts and marketing plans with the assistance of the Regional Sales Manager.
  • Identify and develop lead sources in the territory through past customers, influential community leaders, open houses, and other means.
  • Assist Sales Coordinators in media ad placement and strategy.
  • Qualify all opportunities passed on from sales coordinators and contact them within 48 hours of initial contact.
  • Discover customer needs and match them with our capabilities, participating in the design process with the design department as needed.
  • Work with the Construction Team to develop appropriate solutions.
  • Field customer objections, close sales, or follow up with the next appropriate step in the sales process.
  • Educate and advise customers on acquiring necessary building/lot information for local, county, or state permit requirements.
  • Educate and advise customers on pre-construction site expectations.
  • Monitor final payment and confirm customer satisfaction upon project completion, informing the Operations Department of any service requirements.
  • Maintain regular contact with customers and other departments as needed.
