Job Title: Roll Off Driver - Class C License

MarBorg Industries is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Roll Off Driver to join our team. As a Roll Off Driver, you will be responsible for delivering and picking up roll off containers while safely operating a Class C roll off truck to service customers in a safe and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver and pick up roll off containers to and from customers
  • Operate a Class C roll off truck safely and efficiently
  • Perform pre- and post-operation inspections on the vehicle
  • Ensure all loads are secure at all times for safe transport
  • Offload items to the C&D Yard using a forklift and place items in their designated area
  • Pick up and deliver trash and recycle containers to new and existing customers
  • Interact with customers, dispatchers, and others on a daily basis to ensure all orders are serviced in a timely and accurate manner
  • Communicate complex issues, accidents, injuries, or property damage to the Manager immediately
  • Maintain a professional demeanor with the general public
  • Report end of day hours and complete required paperwork
Requirements:
  • Two years of driving experience driving a large truck
  • Valid Class C license with a clean driving record
  • Ability to understand and complete all work order/dispatch tickets
  • Ability to read, interpret maps easily, and route work orders in the most efficient sequence
  • Good customer service skills to meet and exceed customer expectations in a professional and courteous manner
  • Ability to perform a physically demanding job, loading and unloading
  • Ability to withstand all types of weather conditions
Working Environment:

MarBorg Industries is a drug-free and alcohol-free work environment. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly exposed to moving mechanical parts, high places, and risk of electrical shock. The employee is occasionally exposed to wet and/or humid conditions, fumes or airborne particles, toxic or caustic chemicals, outside weather conditions, extreme cold, extreme heat, and vibration. The noise level in the work environment is usually loud.
