About the Role
\We are seeking a skilled Senior Technical Project Manager to join our team at Avicado Construction Technology Services, LLC. As a key member of our Advisory group, you will oversee the delivery of software projects for our clients, ensuring they are completed on schedule and within budget.
\The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in technical project management, with a focus on technology software implementation and lifecycle management. You will be responsible for developing and executing project plans, communicating effectively with stakeholders, and identifying potential risks to the project outcome.

- Engage with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions to meet those needs\

- Assist in the creation and dissemination of marketing materials, such as case studies, whitepapers, and social media content\

- Requirements\

- 5+ years of technical project management experience in technology software implementation and lifecycle management\
- Proven track record of delivering successful projects on time and within budget\
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders\
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks\
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and deadlines, while maintaining a high level of productivity and efficiency\
- Experience working with complex business organizations and developing innovative solutions to drive growth and improvement\
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques, with the ability to apply them effectively\
- Fluent in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills\
- Experience with project management software, including Notion, Smartsheet, MS Project, and others\
- Strong understanding of cloud-based tools and applications, with the ability to implement and manage them effectively\
- Ability to travel occasionally, as required by the role\
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed\
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as computer science, engineering, or business administration\
- Professional certifications, such as PMP or Agile, a plus\
