Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Civil Engineer/Project Manager to lead our Miami office. As a key member of our team, you will oversee project engineering and management duties, providing technical guidance to site civil teams and mentoring junior staff.

The ideal candidate will have 6+ years of experience in design for various projects, including site development, municipal roadway, and utility projects. A Bachelor's degree in civil engineering is required, with a Master's degree preferred. The PE License is also mandatory.

You will be responsible for business development duties, managing multiple priorities simultaneously, participating in professional organizations, and communicating with clients/internal teams.
