Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Senior Lighting Project Manager to join our team at Acoustic Architects, Inc. in North Miami. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architectural lighting project management, with a focus on innovative and sustainable lighting solutions. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with architects, interior designers, and engineers to develop lighting concepts that enhance the aesthetic and functional aspects of spaces.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage projects through the entire architectural lighting project cycle from sales opportunities through to construction completion
• Provide lighting reflected ceiling plan take-offs and creation of bill of materials
• Conduct research and evaluation of light fixture manufacturers' products, estimates, quotations, sales orders, and product shop drawings management
• Coordinate project initial billing, progress billing & invoicing
• Liaise with external key stakeholder project managers for project coordination
• Assist in project kickoff meeting coordination and technical design liaison
• Support the Architectural Lighting Field Technician with local site visits as required

Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Minimum of 3 years of experience managing lighting projects in commercial & residential environments from sales, design through to construction completion
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Experience with architectural lighting methods, options, and controls is a plus
• Excellent written & verbal skills
• Ability to work independently
• Bachelor of Science degree or other in Lighting Design, Engineering, or related field is a plus

Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience.
