Production Automation Specialist

Micross Components is seeking a skilled Production Automation Technician to join our team. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for setting up, programming, and operating robotic automation equipment to ensure proper processing of individual parts and components.
Key Responsibilities- Set up and operate robotic automation equipment to process parts and components efficiently.
- Troubleshoot production process issues, including tooling and equipment, to improve throughput and accuracy.
- Assist in resolving quality issues and ensure a safe and clean work environment.
- Become familiar with customer and industry specifications to ensure compliance.
- High school diploma or equivalent required, with 3+ years of production process experience.
- Experience in a manufacturing environment processing electronic parts.
- Experience with surface mount technology and automated pick and place equipment preferred.
- Excellent manual dexterity and eyesight to work with small components.
- Experience working in an ESD safe environment and comfortable using a microscope.
