Production Automation Specialist

Micross Components is a leading global provider of high-reliability electronics. We're seeking a skilled Production Automation Specialist to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up, program, and operate robotic automation equipment to ensure efficient processing of electronic components.
- Troubleshoot production processes, including tooling and equipment, to improve throughput and accuracy.
- Collaborate with the team to resolve quality issues and maintain a safe working environment.
- Develop expertise in customer and industry specifications to ensure compliance.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent, with 3+ years of production experience and an associate's degree preferred.
- Experience in manufacturing environments processing electronic parts, with a focus on surface mount technology and automated pick and place equipment.
- Excellent manual dexterity, eyesight, and mechanical aptitude, with the ability to work in an ESD-safe environment and use a microscope.
- Fluency in English and the ability to work from written and verbal instructions.
