**Job Summary:**

National Community Renaissance (National CORE) is a leading affordable housing developer and operator seeking a highly motivated and experienced Community Development Coordinator to join our team. As a Community Development Coordinator, you will play a critical role in developing, implementing, and managing high-quality programs and activities aimed at improving the financial stability, economic mobility, and physical and mental health of our residents and those surrounding National CORE properties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement programs and activities to improve the financial stability and economic mobility of residents.
  • Provide direct services to residents, including case management, referrals, and connections to community resources.
  • Collaborate with onsite Property Management staff and community partners to develop and implement programs and services.
  • Manage and monitor assigned property services budget, including payroll, supplies, vendors, and fundraising.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with community partners and service providers to ensure high-quality services are delivered to residents.
  • Provide regular reports of activities and events, and maintain documentation of resident services and outcomes.
  • Develop and implement a plan to provide social events and community engagement opportunities to increase resident involvement.
  • Collaborate with External Relations to establish and develop relationships with healthcare providers and community-based organizations to provide onsite health education classes.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in education, public health, social work, or related field.
  • Demonstrated experience working in a social service, education, or related field providing case management services.
  • Excellent organizational and document management skills.
  • Familiarity with basic computer software programs and ability to type.
  • Fluency in a language in addition to English is preferred.
