  • Exceptional leadership and team management skills, fostering a collaborative and productive work atmosphere.
  • Proficiency in construction project management software and tools.
  • Adept at interpreting architectural drawings and specifications related to glass installations.
  • Knowledge of glass manufacturing processes and customization is advantageous.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, effectively engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Prior experience in sustainable and energy-efficient glass construction projects is a plus.
