Licensed Practical Nurse

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Watercrest Senior Living. As a LPN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
Responsibilities- Provide direct and indirect care to residents, including administering medications, wound care, and vital sign monitoring.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each resident.
- Collaborate with the Resident Care team to ensure seamless care delivery and effective communication.
- Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to identify changes in resident condition and adjust care plans accordingly.
- Document resident care and progress in a timely and accurate manner.
- Current LPN licensure in the state of employment.
- Minimum one year of experience in senior living or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks.
