Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide quality care to veteran residents, including practical nursing services, in accordance with established protocols and procedures.
  • Perform assigned duties, including weekend and charge nurse responsibilities, to ensure seamless care delivery.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of our residents.
  • Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of resident care, including progress notes and medication administration.
Requirements:
  • Current licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the state of Florida.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in a long-term care or geriatric setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with residents, families, and healthcare teams.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
