As a Swim Instructor, you will be responsible for teaching swim lessons to children and adults, promoting water safety and confidence in the water. We are looking for enthusiastic and organized individuals who can relate positively to a variety of people, including staff, parents, and children. If you have experience teaching swim lessons or previous competitive swimming experience, that's a plus. However, we also provide training for those who are new to teaching swim lessons. Our Swim Instructors must be proficient in swimming and safety/rescue skills, and must be able to work in a fast-paced environment. We offer a competitive salary range of $22.50/hour, plus benefits such as free family membership, program discounts, and generous retirement benefits.
