POSITION SUMMARY

The Marketing Program Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting marketing initiatives and activities. This position involves the creation of marketing materials, project management, and ensuring that the company's messaging aligns with its overall branding and marketing strategy.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Oversee and coordinate participation in industry trade shows in collaboration with sales and marketing teams, while managing trade show resources.
  • Conduct research on various industry events and provide recommendations for participation.
  • Assist in the development and documentation of marketing processes.
  • Create and/or refine marketing and sales support materials, including presentations and brochures for trade shows and events.
  • Contribute to the formulation of the content marketing strategy and collaborate with the content marketing manager on content creation.
  • Implement messaging and content across all marketing platforms, including email campaigns and social media channels.
  • Independently draft and post content on social media platforms, ensuring approval processes are followed.
  • Maintain and update the company website, ensuring all sections, including events, job postings, blogs, and case studies, are current.
  • Develop, manage, and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns across both online and offline channels.
  • Collaborate with external agencies to execute marketing projects.
  • Manage the marketing budget, tracking expenditures and return on investment.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of 3 years of relevant marketing experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite, Outlook, and internet applications.
  • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere) is a plus.
  • Strong analytical, prioritization, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, budgeting, project management, and planning skills. This role requires a highly organized individual.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including analysis, interpretation, and reasoning.
  • Able to build and maintain collaborative relationships with colleagues and clients, both internal and external.
  • Capable of working independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Ability to influence peers and senior management effectively.
  • Self-motivated with a keen attention to detail, deadlines, and reporting.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally, whether locally, nationally, or internationally.
  • Ability to work overtime as required.
