Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of a six-person team of field and office staff for multiple projects. This role will involve tracking deliverables, creating budgets, and staff development, as well as serving as the key point of contact between Inland Geodetics and our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage projects from start to finish, ensuring services meet company quality standards and client specifications
  • Develop and manage budgets, schedules, billings, and contracts
  • Work with staff RPLS to sign and seal plats, field notes, and control drawings if required
  • Establish work plans and staffing requirements for multiple projects
  • Participate in business development opportunities and maintain strong client relationships
  • Effectively interface with sub-consultants and other business relationships
  • Represent company interests while in meetings and trade shows as needed
