Project Manager

Technogen, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to lead the implementation of the EHR project. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in managing multiple projects, implementing large applications, and developing project plans. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and presentation skills, as well as the ability to work effectively with stakeholders, vendors, and team members.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results
* Develop and implement project plans, including risk management and contingency planning
* Coordinate with vendors and stakeholders to ensure successful project execution
* Provide regular updates to project sponsors, leadership, and team members
Requirements:
* 9+ years of experience in project management, with a focus on implementing large applications
* Strong knowledge of database management systems, including InterSystems Caché, Oracle, and Microsoft SQL Server
* Proficiency in MS Project, Excel, Word, Visio, Jira, and other project management tools
* Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
Desirable Skills:
* Prior experience with SaaS model EHR systems and cloud data migrations
* Familiarity with HHSC Federal State processes and documentation
* PMP Certification
