Job Overview

The Coca-Cola Bottling Co is seeking a highly skilled Customer Operations Coordinator II to join our team. As a key member of our Customer Excellence team, you will be responsible for monitoring and tracking accessorials across our managed freight carrier network.

Key Responsibilities
  • Validate and approve carrier requested accessorial charges and update information in our transportation management system.
  • Act as lead for Operations on outside sourcing lanes, scheduling pick-up and delivery appointments to meet on-time delivery and pick-up requirements.
  • Provide coverage for Coordinator I role as needed, including load creation and coordination of manual loads.
  • Manage and distribute track and trace reports daily to ensure accurate tracking and tracing of shipments.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1-3 years of work experience in a related field.
Work Environment

This is an office environment role, requiring effective communication and computer proficiency.
