Job Title: Quantitative Operations Associate II

As a Quantitative Operations Associate II, you will play a critical role in supporting the firm's risk management efforts by developing and implementing quantitative models and applications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain quantitative models and applications to support risk management efforts
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate data science solutions into existing AML systems
  • Work with technology teams to design and implement changes to improve and automate processes
  • Communicate work through formal audit templates, reports, and presentations to stakeholders and leaders
Requirements:
  • Master's or bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, or related quantitative field
  • 5+ years of experience in AML model development, validation, use, and/or auditing
  • Excellent analytical, technical, communication, and auditing skills
  • Strong understanding of quantitative modeling concepts, financial instruments, and risk assessment methodologies
Desired Skills and Experience:
  • Advanced degrees in a quantitative field
  • Knowledge of screening programs requirements
  • Ability to work with teams spread globally, under pressure, meet deadlines, and navigate change
