Job Title: Network Engineer

Job Summary:

LaCrosse Footwear is seeking an experienced Network Engineer to remotely administer and maintain TCP/IP networks, ensuring optimal performance and security. The successful candidate will have a strong background in Enterprise Network infrastructure and Layer 2 and Layer 3 protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Remote network administration and maintenance
  • Proactive monitoring of network performance and timely resolution of issues
  • Configuration, installation, and replacement of network infrastructure and security components
  • Complex problem-solving and root cause analysis

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology or related field
  • 2-year degree with additional experience
  • CCNA/CCNP certification
  • 10 years of experience with Enterprise Network infrastructure
  • Strong knowledge of Layer 2 and Layer 3 protocols
