Salary and Benefits
The salary for this role is estimated to be around $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, PC Construction offers a range of benefits including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
Job Description
The Procurement Specialist - Senior Contract Negotiator will be responsible for developing and implementing procurement strategies that meet the needs of our clients. This will involve negotiating contracts with suppliers, managing bid processes, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. The successful candidate will have a strong background in contract negotiation, procurement, and project management, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you will need to have:
- A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as business, construction management, or supply chain management.
- At least 4 years of experience in procurement, contract negotiation, or project management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with suppliers and clients.
- A strong understanding of contract negotiation principles, procurement strategies, and project management principles.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
