Job Summary

The ASG Solutions Architect – M365 will analyze, design, and implement Microsoft Messaging services and related solutions for our company's end customers and partners. They will also serve as the technical lead in installing, configuring and upgrading services within our customers' and partners environments.

Responsibilities
  • Design, consult, and implement Microsoft messaging and identity solutions and related technologies based on customer requirements.
  • Migrate legacy Exchange and Active Directory infrastructure to M365.
  • Plan, manage, and troubleshoot Microsoft 365 services deployments and migrations.
  • Perform PowerShell scripting for automation, documentation, and standardization.
  • Ensure security is integrated into all Microsoft 365 architecture solutions.
  • Develop technical roadmaps for future Microsoft 365 implementations.
  • Guide strategic customers as they design and implement Microsoft 365 projects.
  • Deliver best practices and recommendations to clients.
  • Collaborate with sales teams in identifying and closing opportunities.
  • Plan, manage, and troubleshoot complex customer environments, deployments, and migrations.
  • Collect, produce, and update deployment and design documentation for customer engagements.
Qualifications
  • Completed Bachelor's, Technical degree or related work experience in Computer Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of technical experience with increasing responsibility.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience designing, implementing, and integrating Microsoft Messaging & Identity technology.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience working with and migrating Microsoft Messaging/Identity technology.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience developing and executing scripts for automation and deployment.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Minimum 2+ years' experience of Architect services.
Certifications Required

Microsoft Associate Certification, must be obtained within 6 months of employment.

Unique Requirements
  • Travel to customer sites, up to 10% annually.
Additional Information

The estimated annual pay range for this position is $100,000 - $200,000 which includes a base salary and bonus. The compensation for this position is dependent on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location and, therefore, will vary from individual to individual. Benefits may include, but are not limited to, medical, vision, dental, 401K, and flexible spending.
