- Promote Proposal Best Practices: Encourage and promote the application of proposal best practices throughout the proposal development lifecycle.
- 12+ Years of Experience: Bachelor's Degree with 12+ years of experience in IT functional areas, complemented by significant involvement in competitive Federal proposals.
- Secret Clearance: Must have a Secret clearance.
- Technical Expertise: Demonstrated experience in one or more IT functional areas, complemented by significant involvement in competitive Federal proposals.
- Business Acumen: A working understanding of the Federal procurement process, including the FAR, contracting vehicles, and the nuances of Federal contracting.
- Leadership Skills: Ability to lead and collaborate with a broad range of talented people to achieve a common operational understanding and solution.
- Critical Thinking: Ability to apply critical thinking across an opportunity lifecycle, reading an RFP, understanding what a customer is looking for.
- Proposal Development: Experience translating technology solutions into high-quality, well-written responses throughout business development, capture, and proposal development lifecycles.
- Graphic Design: Ability to conceptualize graphics to convey key solution concepts, graphically depicting process, relationships, dependencies, technologies, benefits, features, and other concepts that tie solutions to problems.
- Proposal Ownership: Proven ability to own one or more sections of a proposal across a diverse range of topics.
- Proposal Writing: Proven ability to write, review, direct, and craft proposal sections regardless of the discipline, technology, or requirements of those sections.
- Direction and Coaching: Instincts necessary to provide direction to sometimes inexperienced proposal staff.
- Agile, Scrum, or DevOps Experience: Experience working with Agile, Scrum, or DevOps methodologies.
- PMI Certification: Project Management Institute (PMI) certification.
