Position Summary

The IT Technician II role is crucial for maintaining the seamless functionality of systems that support organizational operations. Key duties involve addressing support inquiries, configuring new systems, and ensuring user satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities of an IT Technician II:

  • Assist with service desk inquiries
  • Configure new systems for staff
  • Assess incidents based on established protocols

  • Execute hands-on repairs when required

  • Manage antivirus solutions
  • Oversee server and network services

Qualifications for an IT Technician II:

  • Degree in Computer Science or a related discipline and/or relevant professional experience
  • Proficiency in Office 365 administration
  • Familiarity with multiple operating systems
  • Understanding of networking devices
  • Experience with Kaseya RMM and Autotask PSA is advantageous
  • Valid Driver's License
  • CompTIA A+ and/or CompTIA Network+ certification is preferred
