Job Overview

We are looking for a meticulous and efficient Certified Medical Assistant to support our healthcare operations. The successful candidate will play a vital role in patient care by assisting with essential medical tasks and providing administrative support to our healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities

- Accurately record and update patient medical histories.

- Measure and document patient vital signs.

- Prepare patients for examinations and medical procedures.

- Deliver outstanding customer service to patients, addressing their inquiries and resolving any concerns.

- Maintain and update patient records in the electronic medical records system.

- Assist front office operations as required.

Qualifications

- High school diploma or equivalent is required; an associate's degree is preferred.

- Previous experience in a medical office or healthcare environment is highly desirable.

- Proficient in operating phone systems, electronic medical records systems (e.g., eCW), and other office software applications.

- Strong understanding of medical administrative procedures and terminology.

- Excellent interpersonal skills, capable of effective communication with patients, staff, and external parties.

- Exceptional organizational abilities with the capacity to multitask and prioritize effectively.

- Detail-oriented with a strong emphasis on accuracy in data entry and record management.

We offer competitive compensation based on experience.

Compensation and Benefits

Pay: $19 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
