  • Team Development: Inspire, mentor, and cultivate a high-performing operations team, promoting a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and customer-centricity.
  • Budget Management: Supervise the formulation and oversight of operational budgets, ensuring alignment with financial objectives.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related discipline; an MBA or advanced degree is preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience in an operational leadership capacity, ideally within the retail or service industry.
  • Experience with private equity-backed firms is highly advantageous.
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities, with a proven history of driving operational enhancements and achieving results.
  • Exceptional leadership and team management skills, focused on developing and empowering team members.
  • Solid financial acumen and experience in budget management and financial performance oversight.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities, with the capacity to build effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
