Key Responsibilities:

Assist providers with procedures and surgeries, phlebotomy, prescriptions, and maintain efficient patient flow.

Communicate with patients, pharmacies, and insurance companies to assist with questions, prescription inquiries, and prior authorizations.

Triaging and collecting patient histories, charting and completing documentation, prepping and maintaining sterile examination and operating rooms, and restocking and ordering supplies as needed.

Requirements:

Associate's degree or higher

Bilingual in English and Korean

Ability to start early (7:45 am) or stay late (6 pm)

Availability on Fridays and half days (9 am to 1 pm) on some Saturdays

LPN or RN license preferred, with experience in a dermatology practice a plus

Fluency in other languages a plus

Full-time applicants with a commitment of at least 18 to 24 months preferred. Part-time positions may be available for exceptional candidates
