Job Title: Clinical Director

Sunbeam Family Services, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Director to lead our mental health services team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the implementation and design of evidence-based and best practice standards for quality service delivery and support to clients and agency partners.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee mental health and support services, processes, and staff to ensure services provided are hope centered, developmentally appropriate, and trauma informed.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive training programs for staff, including orienting staff to all documentation requirements.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to team members, including setting performance expectations, monitoring progress, and providing regular feedback and coaching.
  • Facilitate professional development, training, and skill building activities for assigned staff.
  • Conduct regular team meetings to review progress, discuss issues, and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop multiple programs, services, and support plans, policies, and procedures reflective of best practices and multidisciplinary team approaches.
  • Monitor financial and programmatic reports to ensure proper adherence and accountability across multiple programs and services.
  • Assist with grant applications and new initiatives.
  • Represent Sunbeam in a professional manner, including community interactions, consultation, and education to staff and community partners.
Requirements:
  • Master's Degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related human services field.
  • Licensure in the State of Oklahoma in one of the mental health disciplines (LCSW, LMFT, LPC).
  • Certification or licensure as a supervisor for professional licensing in one or more of the mental health licenses above.
  • A minimum of three (3) years clinical experience post-licensure.
  • A minimum of two (2) years experience providing supervision in a mental health capacity.
  • A minimum of two (2) years experience in a leadership capacity, including supervising and overseeing multiple services and programs.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Four (4) or more years clinical experience post-licensure.
  • Three (3) or more years experience providing supervision in a mental health capacity.
  • Three (3) or more years experience in a leadership capacity, including supervising and overseeing multiple services and programs.
  • Experience working with foster care services and/or Child Welfare systems.
