Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction
  • Lead and manage a team of healthcare professionals to ensure seamless delivery of services
  • Collaborate with hospital administration and department leadership to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and accreditation standards
  • Develop and manage budgets to ensure fiscal responsibility and sustainability
  • Supervise and direct performance of all Jim Thorpe Outpatient Rehabilitation services
  • Evaluate and maximize financial performance to drive growth and new services
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in area of clinical expertise, business, health care administration or other related field and licensed PT/OT/ST OR master's degree in business or healthcare administration
  • 5 years' experience in rehabilitation setting, including two (2) years in a leadership or supervisory capacity required
  • Establishes the strategic vision across INTEGRIS Health for Jim Thorpe Outpatient Rehabilitation and successfully leads the execution of that vision
  • Establishes and implements the strategic, working capital, and annual operating plan for INTEGRIS Health Jim Thorpe Outpatient Rehabilitation businesses
