About the Job

At Saunders Staffing Agency, we are seeking a highly skilled Lesson Learned Program Support Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in supporting the development and implementation of lessons learned programs across the naval and joint communities.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality service and support in task areas specified in the Performance Work Statement (PWS).
  • Assist in implementing and managing lessons learned programs, including joint and Navy initiatives, as well as the fleet experimentation program.
  • Demonstrate a deep understanding of U.S. Navy and joint administrative and operational command and control structures, command relationships, and interrelationships.
  • Apply knowledge of naval warfare objectives, operations, concepts, and doctrine, including familiarity with joint publications and Naval Warfare Publications.
  • Support naval warfighting priorities and capabilities, and provide insight into major weapons systems as they pertain to naval and joint operations.
  • Utilize superior oral and written communication skills to engage with senior military and civilian personnel, exercising tact, diplomacy, and sound judgment.
  • Work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment, fostering positive relationships internally and externally.
  • Demonstrate expertise in personal computers and application software, particularly Microsoft Office programs such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Hold an active Secret clearance.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of six to ten years of naval military experience, with at least three years in an operational level staff role (numbered fleet command or higher).
  • Working knowledge of joint and Navy lessons learned programs and fleet experimentation programs.
  • Proficiency in U.S. Navy and joint administrative and operational command and control structures.
  • Understanding of naval warfare objectives, operations, concepts, and doctrine.
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, with the ability to work closely with senior military and civilian personnel.
