Lead Support Associate Overview

  • Engage in various retail functions such as handling transactions, assisting customers, inventory management, and upkeep of the store environment.
  • Serve as the Acting Manager during periods of leadership absence.
  • Enhance store productivity by guiding and supervising team members on the sales floor.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and support customers to ensure outstanding service experiences.
  • Accurately manage point-of-sale transactions.
  • Contribute to inventory processes and oversee the furniture department.
  • Ensure the store is visually appealing and well-maintained.
  • Provide leadership as the Acting Manager, prioritizing customer satisfaction.

Required Qualifications:

  • Applicants must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Experience in retail leadership is advantageous.
  • Strong skills in decision-making and interpersonal communication are essential.
  • Capability to lift items weighing up to 50 pounds and perform physical duties.
  • Availability for a flexible work schedule, including evenings and weekends.
  • Basic proficiency in English, mathematics, and computer usage is required.
